About Luisa Morales

I have been working in strategic and operational marketing for over 20 years in communication agencies, multinational corporations, and start-ups, both in local and international contexts.

I have experience in all aspects of marketing, both online and offline, and in recent years, I have also been involved in facilitating learning for students in various business programs.

I am accustomed to reporting at the highest level, managing budgets of over 1M €, and leading teams of up to 8 people and multiple collaborators.

Currently, I work in two newly established companies. In Notsobasic, I serve as the founder and CEO, and in O'Padel, I am a co-founder and responsible for Design and Production.

Furthermore, I have discovered a passion for teaching.

As a mentor, facilitator, and instructor at ISDI, the business school for the digital era, I have had the opportunity to guide teams in innovation and digital transformation programs for top-tier companies. By utilizing methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile, I have driven the implementation of innovative ideas and business growth. Additionally, I have served as a tutor in e-commerce programs, advising teams on the development of real online stores and digital marketing strategies.

Before my time in Italy, I was also an entrepreneur and CEO for 6 years in the fashion and retail industry with my maternity clothing brand, "Lepreg." If you search on Google, you can still see its impact.

All of this, in addition to my experience as a Brand Manager at Puig and a Product Manager at Chupa Chups, gives me a broad background that I consider very valuable for any company where I can contribute. Along with my experience in TD project management and e-commerce, I bring extensive know-how in both online and offline marketing, innovation, business, and team leadership.

Six years ago, we returned to Spain after spending another five years living in Monza, Italy, where I was an active member of the Benvenuto International Club, collaborating on various aid projects and organizing workshops on using the internet for self-employment. Additionally, I participated in the organization and coordination of different charitable projects.

I personally drove a special program for gender equality at the International School of Monza.

I am enthusiastic, committed, and capable of engaging and motivating high-performing teams.

I speak four languages fluently and I am accustomed to collaborating in a global environment with multicultural, multilingual, and multitasking teams.

I am proud to be a feminist and I always strive to work for gender equality in everything I do.

I am also interested in technology, creativity in all its forms, fashion, design, various arts, creative pastry, and, of course, traveling.

MASTER IN INTERNET BUSINESS. ISDI

I finished my Master's degree in Internet Business in June, 2019 at ISDI, in Madrid.

Beside the classes we worked in a main project in Digital Transformation for a real company and our team won the Excellence Award to the best digital transformation project of class of 2019 !!

In this project we redefined the business model with Design Thinking methodologies, we made the marketing plan and designed the app and the web, learning tools as Balsamiq and Invision. Later we made the digital media plan (Display, SEO, SEM and RRSS) and its measurement, including tools such as Google Adds, Analytics, Fanpage Karma, Ubbersuggest, Salesforce, etc. Always working with Agile Methodology.

DIGITAL MARKETING. RUTGERS BUSINESS SCHOOL

I studied this "Mini-Master" online, in 2015 during my expat years in Italy.

During three months we learned to think strategically, not just tactically. We developed a Digital Marketing plan from the strategy to the action plan and the strategy and tools to track and read the data, and measure the return of investment.
